15-Feb-2012, registered as VH-UZA for Toll Aviation was coming back to Brisbane (BNE/YBBN) from test flight following maintenance, when crew noticed landing gear problem. After two fly overs the crew decided to land the aircraft with the landing gear retracted. The aircraft belly landed, damaged beyond repair.
