"Younger's Mistress", a very rare bird indeed. Used by the US Army at their Kwajalein Missile Range facility. Stored at MASDC since December 1967. Sold to Kolar scrapyard 23 October 1976, and later and broken up.

This unique aircraft was the only Constellation series to be operated by the US Army. Ex US Navy WV-2 and retains the BuAer No. as identity. Modified with elongated dome with cine cameras and other equipment in this and the rear door which was left open for improved monitoring of Army missile firing at the Kwajalein range in the Western Pacific. Operated 1961 to 1967 then stored at DMA.
