Markings: U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds display team, 1956. During the mid-1950s the U.S. Air Force decided that they needed an aerobatic display team to match the Navy's Blue Angels and formed the Thunderbirds to display the latest in jet fighter technology. They chose the F-84 for the team due to its excellent low altitude performance.

Assigned to the 655th IAP. This aircraft is believed to have been assigned to this regiment during its deployment to Afghanistan during Soviet involvement there and remained with the unit when it moved to Pärnu Airport in Estonia. The aircraft was retired in 1991 and sold to a group in Finland. It was later sold to a private individual in the US who intended to fly it. Due to a paperwork mistake the aircraft was seized by the U.S. Government and turned over to the USAF. Displayed at the National Museum of the United States Air Force. Loanded to Pima in 2010

This was originally a UH-1B. The UH-1B had a more powerful engine and a slightly larger cabin than the A model and was introduced in April 1960. Many B models were soon upgraded to C models with a larger and more efficient rotor system. In turn, a small number of UH-1Cs were modified to UH-1M with another more powerful engine and were equipped with night vision equipment and wire-guided missiles. Markings: U.S. Army 174th Aviation Company, Vietnam, 1966

Built by Lockheed and delivered to the Navy in 1978 as the 184th of 187 Vikings built. The aircraft was assigned to Sea Control Squadron 31 (VS-31) aboard the USS Eisenhower during Operation Desert Shield. Later it was transferred to Sea Control Squadron 21 (VS-21) at Naval Air Field Atsugi, Japan and deployed aboard the USS Kitty Hawk. The striking paint scheme on this aircraft was designed in 2004 for the disestablishment of VS-21. The aircraft was placed in storage at Davis-Monthan AFB in 2005. In 2006 the National Naval Aviation Museum placed it on loan to the Pima Museum
