"Red 16" in the boneyard on a grey day at the Yanks Air Museum. This Skyhawk was delivered on 31 Jan 64. It was well-travelled, first serving with VMA-331 and VMA-332. Thereafter, it served with VA-93 "Blue Blazers" aboard CVA-19 USS Hancock in Oct. 1966 and aboard CVA-31 USS Bon Homme Richard on Yankee Station in May 1967. It came back ashore with VMA-331 to serve in Japan and the Philippines. The last notable assignment was with VF-45 "Blackbirds" in an adversary role. It was stricken in 1994.

Stored awaiting restoration

This Aggressor A-4 served with VF-45 'Blackbirds' at NAS Key West, FL before being retired to AMARC during June 1994 where it was stored with the PCN/Inventory No. AN3A0789. Now it is awaiting restoration at the Yanks Air Museum.
