This is really 94+82 which was delivered to the Luftwaffe under the Mutual Defense Assistance Programme (MDAP) with USAF serial 57-681. The aircraft was reserialled to AB+820, and became DB+388 from July 1959. Late 1959, is was again reserialled and DB+396 was adapted until 1971. It then became 94+82. It was preserved at Lechfeld as 94+03 from September 1980, then preserved at Lechfeld Schwabstadl Kaserne as DB+396 from October 1994. It was moved to Lechfeld Lager from October 1990. From October 2009, it went to the Militär Geschichtliche Sammlung (Military Historical Museum) Lechfeld.

The Thunderstreak was preserved at Lechfeld Schwabstadl Kaserne as BD+132 from October 1984, then preserved at Lechfeld air base from October 2008. It was moved to Lechfeld Lager from October 2009 with the Militär Geschichtliche Sammlung (Military Historical Museum) Lechfeld as the proud owner.
