Operated by Transair. Crashed on 19 June 2010 near Mintom, Cameroon while on flight from Youande-Nsimalen Int.Airport, Cameroon to Yangadou Mine Airstrip, Congo. All 11 on board (2 crew + 9 pax) were killed. At the time it was TN-AFA of Aero Service.

Delivered to Transair (Suisse) on July 20, 1979 before going to Aviso Airlines D-Air Liberia with the same registration. To Aero Service on July 25, 1985 as TN-AFA. On June 19, 2010, the aircraft was reported missing on a flight from Yaoundé (NSI/FKYS) to the Congolese gold mine Yangadou. On June 21, the crashed site was found, unfortunately with no survivors.
