First flew as G-51-241 in 1970. Registered as G-AZAX then CF-QPM in 1971, C-FQPM after 1973 and N67HA in 1977. Operated by Slocum Air from 1981 to 1984. Damaged beyond repair when it overran the runway landing at Nassau later in 1984.

First flight for this Islander was on November 30, 1970 with test registration G-51-241. Destined to become CF-QPM for Air Halifax in Canada, the aircraft had an extended delivery flight when Britten-Norman entered it in the 1971 London to Victoria Air Race. Pictured at a stop in Ottawa, the Canadian registration taped over and marked G-AZAX with race number 54, it flew back across Canada for delivery. Sold to Harbor Airlines as N67HA in January 1977, it would move to Slocum Air by 1981. Registered to Nassau based MD Air Services in 1984 where is was written off after overrunning the runway.
