With Jelenia Góra titles and the aeroclub's logo below the windscreen. On 18 Jan 2007, this nice An-2 was very severely damaged during cyclone "Kyrill", when another An-2 was lifted up and thrown on top of it. It was eventually repaired by replacing its entire fuselage. The old fuselage was then dumped at Miroslawice.

The local aeroclub at Jelenia Góra operated this nice Antonov, but for unknown reasons it was later dismantled. In 2008 and 2012 only the wings and fin were seen at the airport, but luckily it was put together again in 2015 and returned to the air.
