This Cessna 414 was sitting outside at CZVL in the summer of 2019. A quick search of TC Records shows that it had its C of R canceled in 2018.

Owned by the Namao Flying Club.

Aircraft was previously at the now-closed Edmonton City Center Airport and on display at the Alberta Aviation Museum. Before the airport closed down, it was flown to CZVL for further preservation. Plans were to build a hangar for this and the other aircraft in the collection. It's been 9 years and nothing has happened since the move of the aircraft. It now sits in the Southeast corner of the airport.

This former Israeli Defence Force C-47B, 016 / 4X-FNN, was sold to Global Aviation Inc and flown to Canada in 2001. The Douglas became a warbird in the USA when it was sold in 2007 to the Gooney Bird Group. In three years time the aircraft was restored by the group in Paso Robles (CA) and painted in its former original USAAF colours and serial 43-48608.

After arriving from Israel in Canada in 2001 the enigines were removed from this former Israeli Defence Force C-47. N269LM (ex 008 / 4X-FNI) was eventualy dismantled during 2008.

Former Israeli Defence Force C-47B 007 / 4X-FNA was sold to Global Aircraft Inc, registered N215CM and flown to Edmonton Villeneuve Airport in Canada.

Thankfully, not just stored but restored to its old livery and preserved, with a panoramic view of the airport from its south-west corner. Was flown here from the closing City Center airport in 2013, where it had been on display after having been phased out by Air Canada.

This heli keeps being re-registered, got its fourth Canadian regi (and 15th in total) in November 2019: C-GVLS.

Three former Israel Defence Force / Air Force C-47Bs, now stored with all markings painted out. All three were flown from Israel to Canada between Jul 2000 and Aug 2001 and ended up here, in storage. The one in the front is ex 007 / 4X-FNA, which was withdrawn from use in Mar 1995 and sold as N215CM in Aug 1999. In 2008 it was restored to flying condition and delivered to the USA, to become a warbird. The other two are N269LM (middle, ex 008 / 4X-FNI, dismantled here in 2008) and N47SJ (rear, ex 016 / 4X-FNN, sold as warbird in 2007).
