Operated by Debonair, it had been impounded on 30 Sep 99 and the airline (Debonair) ceased operations 1 Oct 99. The aircraft was purchased a few weeks later by Flightline. The Air Europe connection was Air Europe Italy which, together with Volare, was a member of the Qualyflyer (their spelling) Alliance. Swissair also owned a share of Air Europe Italy.
