Written off during takeoff at Entebbe (Uganda) on September 26, 2007. The probable cause is listed as "In-flight loss of control due to loss of airspeed and subsequent stall of the aircraft at low altitude".

Built by Reims as F-WZDS, registered PH-FWD in August 1987. To G-TWIG in October 1998. Written off on October 22, 2004, about 37,5 miles NW of Inverness (Scotland). The aircraft collided with mountainous terrain, but a definite cause could not be identified. the accident happened as the aircraft was IMC and descended from FL095 to FL075. The aircraft was located at an elevation of 2,480ft above main sea level on Meall Feith na Slataich, a broad mountain ridge in a remote area of the Scottish Highlands.

Operating for Fairlines since February 1995. Returned to lessor in June '96 for storage at Groningen Airport, until delivery to Atlantic Airways (G-TURF) in October '96.
