Built as 43-48783. Retired to Davis Monthan in 1971 and sold to Satena of Colombia in 1976 as FAC1123. Sold to SARPA in 1985 as HK-3199 and with COSTA by 1992. Later flew with Aerovilla, TCA, and Sadelca before joining her final operator, Aerovanguardia. The airline ceased operations in 2007 and the aircraft has been stored at Villavicencio for many years and still present in 2021. Sadelca's HK-1212 is seen unloading in the background.
