Converted with Toros side looking radar for operation by Polyarnaya Aviatsiya (Polar Aviation) as ice reconnaissance aircraft. Later reconverted and noted as standard An-24 Bykovo in 1994. Withdrawn in 1994 as life time expired and presumed scrapped. Bykovo airport closed down in 2010.
