This is G-AWNO, 'November Oscar' when brand new. In 1989 it narrowly missed a hotel on the Northside of Heathrow in go-around in foul weather. The Captain was criminally prosecuted and found guilty of endangering the aircraft and passengers. He was not dismissed as a pilot but resigned.
