Ex Ansett Airlines of Australia, wfu 24.12.70. Ordered by American Airlines as a DC-3 but not taken up. Fitted with right-hand door. Taken over on the production line as USAAF 41-7698, one of 14 C-50's. Served RAAF as VHCDJ. Served Ansett 1946 until 1970. Now preserved.
