This old glider, owned by Werner Roth from Switzerland, was designed by the Deutsche Forschungsanstalt für Segelflug (DFS) and built by Kittelberger in Bregenz. It is ex Luftwaffe, coded LX-WJ, and it managed to somehow survive the war. It was restored in the late 1990s and is seen here at its home base as one of several historic gliders operated by the Fliegenden Museums Hahnweide.
