This F-4 is on display on the Flightdeck of the super USS Midway Museum. The port side carries theses USS Midway VF-21 colours but the starboard side wears USS Midway VF-161 markings. I believe this F-4 has a particlar claim to fame in that it operated the last ever flight of an US Navy Phantom. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
