Stopped at East Midlands for six months for an overhaul on delivery. Delivered to Trans-Canada Air Lines as CF-THY in 1958. Renamed Air Canada in 1964. To Beaver Enterprises in 1974 then to Zaire Aero Service as 9Q-CKS in 1978. Later scrapped at Kinshasa.
