N9603F approaching Sydney airport with a registration crudely applied with packaging tape. It was ex-VH-JEY of the National Safety Council of Australia and was on its way back to the US. N9603F was its registration for its ferry flight to Australia in 1986. Soon after arriving in the US, it was reregistered N9444F.
