Delivered to BEA in 1968. Merged into British Airways in 1974. Painted for Okada Air at Bournemouth-Hurn in 1992 but not delivered. To European in 1993 and stored at Filton. Broken up in 1994. Front fuselage to Hurn as a ground trainer. Still extant in 2017 at Tresham College, Kettering.
