Delivered to South African Airways as ZS-CDW in 1958. To British Midland Airways as G-AZLT in 1972. Damaged on landing at Leeds-Bradford in 1980. Repaired using the wings of G-BAPD c/n 340 and reregistered as G-BMAT in 1981. To Hot Air as G-OHOT then to British Air Ferries in 1989. Crashed in Staffordshire in 1994.
