This aircraft was built for Ansett-ANA and was first flown on 26 Jan 60 as PH-FBL It first entered the Australian Register as VH-FNF and re-registered to MMA as VH-MMO on 16 June 1964. It also carried the livery of Ansett Airlines of South Australia, Ansett Airlines of Northern Australia, Air NSW, Air Queensland & Ansett. It was withdrawn from service in 1989.
