VH-TCA was delivered to the Tasmanian Aero Club in October 1958 for use as an aeromedical aircraft on behalf of the Royal Flying Doctor Service. In 1961 it was sold to Air Mist and converted to a cropduster. Reregistered VH-DAX in April 1965.
