Ex USAF 52-994, registered to the Detroit Institute of Aeronautics as N86599 on 6 June 1973, but registration not applied. Carried Georgia Air Guard titles on the right side as seen here, but on the left side it had Detroit Institute of Aeronautics titles. On 9 October 1986 this aircraft was flown from here to McChord Air Force Base near Seattle, WA, where it was placed on static display. This was the last flight of a C-124 worldwide.
