The Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team operated this aircraft and the registration of N1R was also used with its replacement aircraft a Lockheed Electra. It went to Aviaco in May 1961 as EC-AQK later registered to Fuerza Aerea Boliviano as TAM-45. Subsequently written-off 24 January 1978 at San Ramon.
