Five ex-British Airways Super VC-10s in storage at RAF Abingdon, awaiting conversion to K.4 tankers for the RAF. They had been at Abingdon since at least 1982. Hard to believe that these would fly again, but they did! The closest aircraft is unidentifiable, G-ASGM is the aircraft on the right, behind it. It became the RAF's ZD241 with 101 Sq.
