Assigned USAF serial 78-0265 but taken on charge Jan-1981 by the Netherlands AF as J-265. In Dec-2000 its flying career ended and after storage at Leeuwarden and Soesterberg it went to the NLR - Nationaal Lucht- en Ruimtevaartlaboratorium in Apr-2009.
