Built as a B.III by Avro at Yeadon Yorkshire in 1945. Modified to GR.3 maritime recce role serving the Air-Sea Warfare Development Unit based at RAF Ballykelly. Taxied into administration buildings at Manchester Ringway during a communications visit and took six months to repair. Retired in 1956.
