This C-141A is the very first ever built with its maiden flight taking place on December 17, 1963. It spent its entire career as a test aircraft and was added to the Air Mobility Command Museum's collection in February 1998. It is one of four C-141's that weren't modified to a B model by the addition of a 24 foot fuselage plug and air refueling capability. This photo is copyright © Ralph M.
