VH-KJG was at the time of the photo owned by Guido Zuccoli, aerobatic pilot and renowned warbird collector. Zuccoli died in the crash of an AT-6 Harvard in 1997. By then -KJG had been lost in a fatal accident at Beverley, Western Australia, on November 15, 1980.
