This airframe is in fact ex AT-11 42-37337 c/n 3930, but it is incorrectly quoted by the FAA as serial number 4000. That serial number belongs to AT-11 42-37407, which was remanufactured in the early 1950s as C-45H 51-11879 c/n AF-436.
