Flown to New Zealand in defiance of the Civil Aviation Board suspending its registration because the modifications for the flight were not approved. Crew Ray Whitehead and Rex Nicholl arrested on arrival. They were fined. A aircraft registered in New Zealand as ZK-ADU. Used for joyriding taking advantage of the notoriety.
