One of the numerous Canadian Hercules that were seen in Santo Domingo in the February/March 2004 period to give humanitarian support in the Haiti conflict. Even six of them were reported at the same time in SDQ, performing an actual air bridge between the Island two countries. This one was photographed after aborting taxiing due to an engine problem; note the fire fighting personnel presence.
