B01 was the first production Mirage 2000B, making its first flight on 11 October 1980. It was used Dassault as demonstration machine for the new type. Later as testbed for various ordnance and RDY radar. It ended its career at the CEV of Istres in 1995 and was donated to the CAEA collection in the same year.
