Delivered to Fiji Airways as VQ-FAL in 1967. Reregistered as DQ-FAL and renamed Air Pacific in 1971. To Dan-Air as G-BEBA in 1976 then to Philippine Airlines as RP-C1032 in 1984. Back to Dan-Air as G-BEBA then to Kelner Airways as C-FKTL in 1989. Destroyed in an accident in 1991.
