Delivered to Polynesian Airlines as 5W-FAO in 1972. To Euroair as G-BMFT in 1985. Leased to various operators. To Airfast Indonesia as VR-BFT in 1996. Reregistered as VP-BFT then back to Euroair as G-BMFT in 1997. To Emerald Airways as G-OPFW and operated in Parcelforce colours in 1998. Withdrawn from use at Blackpool when they collapsed in 2006. Scrapped in 2009. Nose preserved at the South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum, Doncaster.
