Operated by Hawker Siddeley as G-AYYH from 1971. Delivered to Polynesian Airlines as 5W-FAN in 1972. To Dan-Air as G-BIUV in 1981. Converted to LFD Large Freight Door version in 1982. To Janes Aviation in 1992 then to Emerald Airways in 1993. Stored at Blackpool after they ceased operations in 2006. To Elysian Airlines International as 3X-GEW then to Avro Express as 5Y-BXT in 2009. To Planes of Africa in 2013. Used for delivering relief supplies.
