Some Buckeye's escaped being scrapped. This A-coded NAS Meridian (MS) aircraft was seen at the flightline of Kingsville (TX) and was Struck Off Charge on 03 April 2003. This SOC was done at the National Museum of Naval Aviation at Pensacola (FL). It is reported as stored since that day at the museum and will eventually being displayed there or at another location.
