Unit: VX-1. 149668 was operated by the Operational Test and Evaluation Force. While officially still a P-3A, the radome on top of the fuselage showed it was testing equipment for a different role to anti-submarine warfare. In 1970 149668 became an EP-3E ELINT aircraft.
