Back from an air superiority mission over north of Iraq at the end of Desert Storm operation. She's fiited with live weapons and was assigned at this time to 36 TFW / 525 TFS; Was written off 5/5/94 during a crash near Tyndall Air Base when pilot suffered g-induced loss of consciousness.
