Just over a year old at this time and probably staging on to the USA with Saddam Hussein for further talks about the Iran-Iraq war, the presidential SP was positioned to Tozeur in Tunisia prior to the first Gulf War in 1990 for safe keeping. It remains there to this day, all white and maintained by Iraqi mechanics every six months.
