Delivered to Pan Am in 1970 and seen here taxiing for a 27R departure with the non-standard wide cheatline, the registration of this particular jumbo reminds me of an early Pan Am advertising campaign which said "Our 747 is so different we're tempted to call it the 748!". Little did they realise what a laugh they were giving anyone in the know.
