Built in Mar-1988 it was delivered as East German AF 661. In Oct-1990 it was taken over by the German AF as 2906. In 2004 it went to the Polish AF as 4107 but it never went into active service. By Apr-2009 it had become an instructional airframe at the Panstwowa Wyzsza Szkola Zawodowa w Chelmie in Chelm carrying the false serial 2001. In Mar-2011 it was still there, but by Apr-2014 it had been transferred to the Chelm - Depultycze Krolewskie airfield.
