Built by Toon Jacobs, the registrations PH-TEI and PH-JET were originally reserved but these were not taken-up. In Mar-1991 it was registered as PH-TEJ. In Jul-2006 its certificate of airworthiness expired and then it was cancelled Apr-2011. With 10 aircraft built, Toon, seen here at the controls, was a very prolific amateur manufacturer. Regrettably he died in a crash when testing electric engines in his Colomban MC-15.
