On 19 September 2005, during the initial phase of the take-off, the aircraft ran off the runway at Rotterdam and groundlooped, damaging the nose gear, left undercarriage, the left engine and prop, and the left wingtip. Seen here stored with both engines and a fin panel missing, and some of the accident damage is still apparent (wingtip and buckling near the nose gear). Still in full Dynamic Airlines colours.
