Originally thought to have been ex RCAF 9307 and to Mexico 8.3.74 (one of four CSR-110s supplied by Canada), but some doubt has now been cast on this aircraft's identity. Canadian Albatrosses had more powerful Wright R-1820-82 engines with an air scoop on top of the nacelle; this aircraft may in fact be one from two later batches of ex USN HU-16s, eight ex-DM in 1976 and four in 1978. Re-serialling later occurred and like many Mexican i/d's, this one is very difficult to verify This photo is copyright © Richard Vandervord, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
