Built in Feb-1988 it was delivered as East German AF 628. In Oct-1990 it was taken over by the German AF as 2904. In May-2005 it went to the Polish AF as 4111. By May-2008 it became an exhibit at the Muzeum Wojska Polskiego in Warszawa. It is seen here taxiing to the runway to go home in the early evening.
