Dedicated to Col. Richard 'Pop' Keirn, Lt.Col. Roscoe 'Ross' Fobair and SMSgt O.J. Neal. Keirn and Fobair were the first victims of a SAM-missile during the Vietnam War, when their F-4C-20-MC 63-7599 was shot down on 24/07/1965. Fobair was unfortunately not able to eject, and died when the F-4C crashed. Keirn managed to eject, but was captured. He spent 7,5 years at the 'Hanoi Hilton', before being released during Operation Homecoming on 12/02/1973.
