This jolly aircraft was part of a display of the equipment of the National Aeronaval Service of Panama, and was specially festooned with Christmas lights, stockings, and a garland on the propeller. The inscription on the nose refers to Paul's Epistle to the Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through him who strengthens me." Panama City's skyline can be seen in the background.
