The Il-114 was designed as a replacement for the An-24/26, first flying in 1990 with expectations of hundreds being built. However the type vies with the Dassault Mecure for the least-produced commercial aircraft with only ten being completed to date, therefore being much less prolific than the similar-looking ATP, itself not a huge success. This was the first Tashkent-produced example and after storage went into service in 2002 with St Petersburg-based Vyborg as RA-91014; wfu at Pskov 2010/2014 and due to be scrapped
